Well, been a bit "per-occupied" lately to finish off the bike. Today, found some time to do some finishing touches. Its these little things that take a heap of time, but i think they will make a difference in the end. Cutting bolts to size, clean fitment of things and making sure all is matched up. Got some new handgrips on today, new front headlight to replace the mystery crack in the old one. Fitted footpegs and front indicators. Checked new steering lock alignment. Fitted front guard and number plates. Nearly ready to roll. I also wrapped the exhaust with Thermo-Tec wrapping. Cost me more than all the engine work combined, but its better than dealing with the cheap asbestos lagging

Seriously? 2 photos of the exhaust lagging and a bad shot of some of the bike against the door glass that has reflections and your washing!!! I'm not buying it buddy! I want real pics without the peripheral distarctions!!!!!

So, the modif-off battle is on. I have a bit of a head start with this one, as i got the bike before Arran. Actually, he saw how cool it was and then decided to find one himself. 1979, pretty bad shape, but running and riding. Ill keep the updates coming. Archives
